Ingredients
  • 200 grams chestnut flour
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 60 ml seed oil
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
  • А pinch of salt
Istructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Grease 20 cm pan.
  2. Roasted almonds for some minutes then processed with a spoon of sugar.
  3. Add to the chestnut and the baking powder.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add oil, slowly.
  5. Incorporate the mixed flours and the milk, gradually,  and beat to combine.
  6. Pour in the pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely
